Capacity is not built in a weekend.
It is built over eight weeks of structured training.
Build the Foundation. Train It to Hold.
Thursdays · 6:30 – 8:00pm · 8 Weeks · Vitality House, West Leederville · $540 · Limited to 16
You know what it feels like to lose access to yourself under pressure. The reaction instead of the response. The clarity that disappears the moment it matters.
That is not a willpower problem. It is a capacity problem. And capacity is built through training.
Weekly Alchemy is an eight-week training block that develops baseline capacity in the body. Containment, circulation, and refinement are trained progressively. Session by session. Layer by layer.
What begins as effortful becomes familiar. What begins as a practice becomes a baseline.
Between sessions, you train daily. Fifteen to thirty minutes. The practices are clear, structured, and designed to fit inside your actual life.
Capacity is built through your practice, not your attendance alone.

What This Is
This is not therapy. Not coaching. Not processing.
This is physical training applied to the nervous system.
Most approaches work above the neck. Reframe. Manage. Calm the mind. Under real pressure, they collapse.
Weekly Alchemy trains the body. You will learn to hold more intensity without destabilising. To stay present when pressure rises. To regulate through direct, repeatable practice rather than thinking your way through it.
You are not learning strategies. You are building infrastructure.

How it Works
Each session follows a deliberate structure:
Tension Release
Clearing accumulated charge from the nervous system.
You can't build capacity in a system that's already full.
Breathwork
The bridge between voluntary and autonomic nervous systems.
You train the ability to regulate your own state deliberately, not by accident.
Seated Containment
Training the body to hold still while sensation rises. Every moment you stay is neuroplastic stimulus. The nervous system recalibrates what it believes it can tolerate.
Refinement
Raw intensity is tempered into something stable and usable. What was agitation becomes presence. What was reactivity becomes responsiveness.
Circulation Series
Moving intensity through the body with regulation.
Stuck charge creates reactivity. Circulation restores flow.
Orientation
When intensity is freed from held tension, it needs somewhere to go. Without trained pathways, it dissipates or re-contracts. Gate Orientation teaches the body to move that charge deliberately through the body.
Containment Holds
Progressive overload applied to the nervous system. Positions held under increasing load while presence is maintained. This is where the window of tolerance widens through direct, felt experience.
Integration
Integration ensures the training becomes a baseline, not a peak experience that fades.

"I don't do wellness stuff. My mate dragged me along. But this didn't feel like wellness. It felt like something I've been missing. Hard to put into words but my body gets it."
- Michelle P

"Honestly I thought it would be like yoga with extra steps. It wasn't even close. I felt something shift in my body that I can't quite explain but I know it's real."
— Daniel M

What Changes Over 8 Weeks
By the end of the block, most participants report three shifts.
They stay present in difficult conversations instead of reacting or shutting down. They make clearer decisions under pressure. Their nervous system becomes something they work with, not something that runs them.
This is not a conceptual shift. It is a trained condition. Built through repetition, not insight.
Who This Is For
Working professionals who operate in high-demand environments and need to stay clear under pressure. People who have tried yoga, meditation, therapy, or coaching and found it did not hold when things got real. People who respond to rigour and structure, not fluff.
You are willing to commit to eight weeks of consistent practice. You want training that builds something lasting in the body.
This work attracts people who understand that capacity is built, not borrowed.
What This Requires
This is a commitment. Not casual attendance.
Attendance at all eight sessions. Daily home practice, fifteen to thirty minutes, tracked weekly through a short form. Willingness to stay with the work when it feels ordinary. Responsibility for your own regulation.
If you are not willing to practise consistently, this container will not serve you. That is not judgement. It is structural reality.
What This Provides
Clear, repeatable practices you can use for life. Direct feedback and adjustment from Axel. Structured progression through containment and circulation. A baseline of capacity that changes how you meet pressure.
The Science
Every time you sit with something the body wants to escape, you change what the nervous system believes it can hold. The system physically reorganises in response to what you repeatedly ask of it. Same principle as progressive overload in the gym, applied to the nervous system.
The training is grounded in Dan Siegel's window of tolerance model, neuroplasticity research, and distress tolerance science. The practices draw from established somatic disciplines including Yoga, Taoist circulation training, and TRE. Taught without spiritual framing.

Your Facilitator:
Axel Rayne
Axel has trained and taught body-based regulation systems since 2013. He served as a rifleman in the Australian Army and deployed to Afghanistan in 2010.
Since leaving the military in 2012, he has dedicated himself to translating that understanding into teachable, repeatable practice.
Over a decade of disciplined somatic training refined the structural methods now taught as Inner Alchemy.
Formally trained in Satyananda Yoga, Tantra, and Taoist internal circulation systems, he has stripped away esoteric framing and retained the mechanics.
Axel doesn't teach theory he's read.
He teaches what he lives.
Registration and Refund Policy
Weekly Alchemy places are limited and held intentionally.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future cycle (subject to availability) by notifying us at least 48 hours before the first session.
As places are held intentionally, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or non-attendance.
If the cycle is cancelled by Inner Alchemy, you will receive a full refund.
If you have questions or exceptional circumstances, you're welcome to get in touch prior to the cycle.

"I've done a lot of personal development over the years. Courses, coaches, retreats. This was the first time someone wasn't trying to sell me a feeling. Axel just laid out the work and let me experience it. No hype. That earned my trust faster than anything else could have."
- Madison H

"A friend recommended it and I nearly didn't go. Glad I did. I wasn't expecting to feel that much in one session. Not emotional, just present in a way I haven't been in a long time. It's hard to describe but something landed and it stuck with me for days after."
— Sarah J
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to complete Orientation first?
Orientation gives you direct experience of the work before committing to 8 weeks. It's recommended but not required. If you have questions about whether Weekly Alchemy is right for you without attending Orientation, get in touch.
Do I need prior experience with somatic work, yoga, or meditation?
No. The practices are taught from the ground up.
Is this physically demanding?
The practices are accessible to most fitness levels. You'll be moving, breathing, and holding positions, but intensity is self-regulated. You remain in choice throughout.
Will I need to share or process emotions in a group?
No. There is no group sharing. This is training, not therapy. Your experience remains your own.
What if I miss a session?
Attendance at all 8 sessions is expected. The block is progressive — each session builds on the last. If an unavoidable conflict arises, get in touch.
What makes this different from yoga or breathwork?
Inner Alchemy trains the body's capacity to hold intensity under pressure. Yoga and breathwork can support regulation but they don't progressively load the nervous system the way structured capacity training does. This is closer to physical training applied to the nervous system than it is to any wellness practice.
What comes after Weekly Alchemy?
The Crucible (12-week advanced training) begins in August for those who've built baseline capacity. 1:1 Alchemy is also available for precision work alongside the group container.
